1. Project Cancellations & Advance Payments
Since we deal in custom development, design, and project-based collaborations agreed upon through the Work With Us page:
- Any advance deposit or milestone payment made for a project is generally non-refundable once work, research, or design phase has officially commenced.
- If a project is cancelled by the client before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting transaction/processing fees.
2. Service Delivery & Revisions
We ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. If you encounter any bugs, issues, or discrepancies in the delivered work as per the initial agreement, we provide dedicated revisions to fix them rather than immediate cancellations.
3. Digital Products / Downloads (If Applicable)
If any digital template, code asset, or material is purchased directly, refunds are generally not applicable once the digital file has been downloaded or accessed, unless specified otherwise.
